TOUGH AND RUGGED YET LIGHT AND DURABLE - With the high use of Hardox and Domax high tensile steels we have produced a body 1.2 tonnes lighter than the opposition while achieving greater durability and wear resistance resulting in longer working life and lower maintenance costs.

STRENGTH THROUGH HARDOX WEARPLATE - 5mm Hardox 500 floor and pack blade is included as standard, while 4mm Hardox 450 is used in walls, roof and door.

EASIER TO CLEAN AND MAINTAIN - Simple slide out ladder leaves hopper area uncluttered and easier to access for operators and servicing. Floor mounted side discharge sump allows ease of cleaning through side door.

REVOLUTIONARY TOUCH SCREEN - Provides unprecedented operator interface with accurate feedback and fault monitoring for driver and service technicians. Freeing up cabin space from out dated control boxes the screen can be multi camera interfaced and “virtual view” technology eliminates the need to access the PLC.

BODY MOUNTING - Body is pivot mounted at rear with option for a hydraulic maintenance lift kit.

FRONT MOUNTED HYDRAULIC TANK – With the added feature of low level and high oil temp indicators the slim line design hydraulic tank also provides a positive head of oil for the piston pump. Single valve & fixed formed pipe work makes the hopper area uncluttered and maintenance friendly.

PINCH FREE SELF CLEANING DOORS - Top Doors are fabricated from Hardox 450, extremely strong yet light weight to with stand the internal packing forces and constant use. Hinge and hopper areas have been designed with minimal pinch areas to self clean, with 3 way doors as standard.

LOAD CELLS INTEGRAL TO BODY RAILS – Fully optional load cells are fitted so that distribution through vertical web of chassis rails reduces side load and fatigue. Load cells can be retro fitted as standard.

FALL RESTRAINT SYSTEM - Harness cables down the length of the roof are standard as well as anchor points on hopper and top doors for maximum safety at no extra cost.

SEAMLESS BODY & DOOR CONSTRUCTION – More accurate body dimensions to reduce blade clearance and associated mess. Fewer welds create a smooth uninterrupted appearance enhancing customer’s corporate image and logos along body sides.

ATTENTION TO DETAIL - Concealed side lights and proximity switches all help to produce a more reliable truck and cleaner lines.

CLEARLY VISIBLE – High mount rear LED lighting combined with work lights and optional cameras all adds to the safety of operator and general public.
