EPS - High Density Extruders

What is EPS?

EPS is a short, lightweight, rigid, plastic foam insulation material product created by the expansion and fusion of plastic “beads”—by using small amounts of pentane gas dissolved into the polystyrene. This final expansion is approximately 40 times of the original polystyrene bead.

How to recycle EPS?

EPS is so light and yet big volume not easily stocked and delivered. So we at Intco invented GreenMax compactors, that reduces the volume of styrofoam at a rate of 50:1, through a simple, clean cold compacting process. GreenMax turns styrofoam waste into a valuable high-density EPS block. With these blocks, GreenMax takes EPS out of the waste stream, makeing valuable new green products and materials.
